- 1. Responsible for execution of machine planning as per daily production plan & manpower availability in every shift.
- 2. Independently handling shift manpower to meet shift wise production targets.
- 3. Strong knowledge (at least 3 - 5 years) of cable production process for wiredrawing till outer sheath including specifications.
- 4. Meeting production targets for various processes and machines.
- 5. Maximum utilization of RM's, machine & manpower.
- 6. Maintaining job cards on every machine as per production plan.
- 7. Maintain quality standards on every machine as per production and quality standards plan.
- 8. Maintain discipline among the workers in the production area to upkeep shop-floor cleanliness, RM, etc.
- 9. Knowledge of maintain 5S in production slop-floor area.
- 10. Maintain safety aspects in production area.
- 11. Read design sheet carefully before executing production process & take care for special process requirement.
