Business Inquiries and Website Visitors

When you submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page or our website inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and, depending on the form used, your city, country, the subject of your inquiry, the category of your inquiry, and any message you include.

We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and to route it internally to the relevant department, such as Exports, Domestic Sales, Procurement, or Human Resources, based on the category you select.

If you separately agree to receive product updates, offers, or event invitations from us, we will use your contact details for that purpose as well, until you withdraw that consent.

Job Applicants

When you apply for a position through our career page, we collect your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, address, highest qualification, certification details, a profile photograph, your Aadhaar number and Permanent Account Number if you choose to provide them, and any cover letter or attachment you upload.

We use this data to evaluate your application and to contact you about the position you applied for. If you are not selected, we will delete this data within three months of the hiring decision, unless you have asked us to keep your details on file for future openings.

Providing your Aadhaar number and Permanent Account Number at this stage is optional. If you choose to provide them, we store them securely and do not share them outside the Company except where required by law.

How You Can Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at our grievance contact email address. Withdrawing consent will not affect any processing that already took place before your withdrawal, and it will not affect data we are separately required to retain by law.

Your Rights

You can ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements.
