MV Single Core Copper & Aluminium Armoured Power Cables

Dynamic Cables manufactures single core cables with a stranded compacted circular aluminium or copper conductor, screened with an extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with an extruded semiconducting compound followed by copper tape, an extruded PVC inner sheath, a single layer of hard drawn aluminium round wire or flat strip armoured cable construction, and an overall PVC Type ST2 sheath. Sizes range from 25 sq mm to 1000 sq mm, manufactured as per IS 7098 Part 2, IEC 60502, BS 6622, and AS 1429.1.

Construction

MV 1 Core – Stranded compacted circular Aluminium/Copper conductor, conductor screened with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting compound followed by copper tape, extruded PVC inner sheathed, single layer of hard drawn Aluminium round wire / flat strip armoured and overall PVC Type ST-2 sheathed.

Features

These cables have very good electrical, thermal and mechanical properties which lead to enhance continuous current carrying capacity. Short circuit rating of these cables are also very good as compared to other type of cables.

These cables can be supplied with improved fire performance characteristics also. The sheath of these cables will be specially formulated to meet the requirements of Flame Retardant (FR) or Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Low Halogen (FRLSH) or Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Zero Halogen (FRLSZH).
