Job Requirements and Responsibilities

  1. Develop new leads and agents in existing and potential markets.
  2. Drive direct business and tender development (Indian & overseas).
  3. Conduct market research and analyze business opportunities.
  4. Lead capture strategy, teaming, and proposal planning.
  5. Update management on bid progress and investment viability.
  6. Ensure smooth transition from lead to proposal phase.
  7. Improve business development policies and procedures.
  8. Coordinate with EPC/private clients for tenders and procurement.
  9. Manage orders from enquiry to payment realization.
  10. Act as liaison between buyer and production teams.
  11. Conduct deal analysis and financial assessments.
  12. Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and market data.
  13. Present deals for leadership approval.
  14. Coordinate inter-departmental efforts for deal closures.
  15. Create product briefs post-closure based on research.
  16. Lead factory inspections and audits.
  17. Oversee marketing content: brochures, films, website.
  18. Execute international approvals (UL, ENEL, SIMM, etc.).
  19. Mentor and guide international business team.
  20. Travel to key domestic and international markets as needed.
