Production Engineer	Production	Reengus	4-5 years	Cable Industry	B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production activities during the assigned shift.
Operate and monitor HT cable extrusion lines, CCV lines, and Sioplas machines to ensure smooth operation and optimum productivity.
Review and execute job cards and production schedules.
Troubleshoot process and machine issues, and coordinate with maintenance if necessary.
Maintain production logs and shift reports accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with quality control for in-process inspection and finished product validation.
Drive continuous improvement and support 5S, lean manufacturing, and other productivity initiatives.
Train and guide machine operators and production workers.
Must-Have Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on experience with HT cable manufacturing processes.
In-depth knowledge of extrusion, CCV, and Sioplas machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job cards.
Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures in cable manufacturing.
