Job Requirements and Responsibilities

1. Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
2. Implement and manage HRMS/HRIS systems for smooth HR operations.
3. Automate key HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, leave management, attendance, appraisal systems, and employee data management.
4. Generate dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
5. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
6. Manage salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
7. Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all payroll matters.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, etc.).
